One of my 4 ft boxes made for storing my Christmas dishes and settings. I use it to store items in the off season or to put wood in for the fireplace.
I love doing arrangements using Pine cones. This one with Holly and Berries in a clay pot.
I make lap trays from distressed wood and use it for my island to display Christmas Mugs.
The Grand kids Stockings are always hung on an antique rice rake until Christmas Eve when they go on the Fire Place. My sister hand carved a sign with the quote “All the Stockings were Hung” that I place above the stockings each year.
I found some tin in an empty lot that I cut out this star then mounted to some distressed wood I had. I hung it on the hutch that I fully decorate each year.
This sign was made from an old bench in a trash heap. My daughter in law Suzanne painted the holly..she’s amazing!
Doug is a photographer and we love to print on Metal then mount to distressed wood. This is called “Twas the Night Before Christmas” taken on Christmas Eve in Canyon Lake on a hill above our house.
I made this sign no kidding out of an abandoned Out House. Yikes!! Scrubbed clean then sanded and waxed. What a mess but the wood is awesome. The holder was the door casing from the Outhouse…
I make boxes each year from 18″ to 4 Ft. This small one sits on my coffee table but the larger ones I use on the dining table or bedroom .
